Do I need to refuel the vehicle before returning? Can I pre-pay for fuel?
Your car will be full of fuel when you collect it. You have a choice as to how you would like to pay for the fuel you use:
You can opt fo pre-pay for a full or half tank of fuel at the start of your rental at a discounted rate to avoid the hassle of having to re-fuel the vehicle before returning (there is no refund for unused fuel).
You can refuel the car yourself before returning it (fuel must show as full).
If you choose not to pre-pay or refuel the car, we will charge you for the fuel used through our refuelling station (at a higher rate than the pre-paid fuel option).
How much do you charge for pre-paid fuel?
As petrol prices fluctuate daily, we cannot provide a definite number, however our price per litre for the pre-paid fuel option is competitive with pump prices at fuel stations near individual locations. Our refuelling service will be at a much higher rate, please ask us at the rental counter when you pick up your vehicle.
